Q : How i can Modify or change Bank Account Number on BDWINGO?
A : Our customer support are not able to modify or edit your bank
account number information, but we only can assist member for delete the bank account
that they bound in their ID account and after the deletion complete member will be able
to add a new bank card that they want to use for future withdraw address.
Q : What is the purpose of the Delete Bank Account on self-service center
BDWINGO?
A: This Delete Bank Account purpose is for member who provide a wrong
bank information such as the wrong 1-2 digit bank account number or the member who
willing to change their previous bound bank to the new bank.
Q : How i can submit issue about Delete Bank Account on self-service center
BDWINGO?
A:If you want to delete your bank information, we have two way for
modify it that we will separate as "Can Receive" and "Cannot
Receive" by the following step :
Can ReceiveLogin to your BDWINGO ID Account
Click Customer Service button
Choose Delete Withdraw Bank Account and Rebind
Choose Can Receive
Click Send and a verification code will be sent to your registered
phone number
After receiving the code, fill the verification code
Click the "Confirm" button

Login into your BDWINGO ID Account
Click Customer Service button
Choose Delete Withdraw Bank Account and Rebind
Choose Cannot Receive
Fill correct bank account number that you bound in your ID account
Upload photo selfie holding identity card (clear and detail)
Upload the latest deposit receipt proof (clear and detail)
Upload photo old passbook bank (clear and detail)
Click the "Confirm" button
NOTE: Make sure all the data and requirement already fill and upload, clear and detail.

Q : What i need to do after the Delete Bank Account have been
completed ?
A:After the bank account deletion completed, member can add a new
bank account or make a correction to the previous bank information that they bound
in their ID account by go to "Withdraw" page and following the
steps below :
Can ReceiveClick add a bank account
Select the bank you want to register with
Fill in all the requirement information correctly (your full name, bank account
number, active phone number, email address and IFSC code)
Click Save and SMS Verification menu will appear
Click the Send button
Fill the correct OTP Code
Click the "Add Confirm" button

Q : How the way i need to taking selfie holding the requirement data need it?
A : Okay for the example posture please follow like the photo

Q : What valid identity card that we can use or show it for requirement?
A:For the valid identity card that you can use is aadhar
card/ PAN card/ driving license card



Q : For bank what i need to provide ?
A:On bank you need to attach the passbook bank / bank
statement screenshot with Bank holder name, Bank name, Bank
account number, IFSC code can be see clear and
detail.

self-service center BDWINGO ?
A: You can check the status issue by
pressing the "Progress Query" for checking all the order
record status that you have been submitted to self-service
center.

success and there is a notes Success "Bank data
have removed, please add your new bank"
what is that mean ?
A: For that mean your bank data for
withdrawal on BDWINGO account already success deleted and
you are able to add a new bank card to your ID account.

Q : What about with status reject i need to know if my
Delete Bank Account issue get reject by
BDWINGO data department?
A: Okay rest assured we will help to
explain to you there is few notes rejection you need to know
we will give explanation on this below:
Rejected "Please provide selfie picture while
you are holding your identity card (AADHAR Card /
PAN Card / Driving License)": This mean the
selfie picture that you provide is not meet the
requirement and you need to resubmit the selfie picture
while you are holding the requirement card.
Rejected "Kindly provide a screenshot or photo
of your bank showing the holder name, account number
and IFSC code or a photo of your bank statement that
includes the information. Thank you": This
mean the bank passbook/statement that you provide is not
have the complete information that we needed for make
the verification. Kindly resubmit another picture that
showing all the details information that we needed for
make the verification.
Rejected "Provide all the necessary data clear
and detailed" : This mean all the necessary
data or picture that you provide is not clear/blur or
not totally showing all the details information. Kindly
resubmit the correct data and make all the picture is
clear and detailed.
Rejected "Requirement data incorrect, resubmit
correct data" : This mean there have an
incorrect information from the data that you provided,
kindly resubmit and double check again all the data
information or picture that you provided is already
correct as what we asking in the form.
